Product creation and delivery times may vary depending on surge and seasonal volumes. After purchase, we review the order and add it to the creation queue. Should any scheduling issues occur, staff will contact customers to provide additional options.

 

Shipping

Online Retail orders are for Preserved Roses ONLY (not fresh flowers).  We deliver across Canada. As such, we use Canada Post for most deliveries, and they require access to your delivery details to provide standard delivery services ranging from 3-9 business days (as per their workload capacity).

 

Petals and Prints may provide additional shipping options for faster delivery, upon cart checkout, which will require confirmation of your details with other delivery companies.
